    Comfortable beds. Front desk personal were very helpful

    No hot water in 1st room. 2nd room hot water took so long to come through. Thought we had no hot water again.

    DO NOT SETTLE - pay the extra for a Marriott

    The shower filled with brown water and wouldn't drain. It smelled awful on the entire floor and the bathroom was worse. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and the bedding we were given had holes in every linen. Thankfully my kids brought their own blankets. I'm very disappointed. Holiday Inn used to be a reliable hotel for middle class standards. It's in line with motel 6 now.
