The most perfect location in the town
Customer service was not the best. Value for money and room sizes could be better

לקחנו ארוחת ערב במלון שהיתה טובה. צוות מלצרים נעים. פקידת קבלה שניסתה לעזור.
לא בעיה של המלון - ההזמנה שלנו כללה ארוחת בוקר והמידע לא הגיע מ- booking למלון. ( הנושא טופל בצורה טובה על ידי צוות המלון, אבל חבל שהמידע לא הגיע מראש).

Grateful yo the young man on reception, great location but not such a great hotel experience.
The location was amazing!
There had been a mix up with dates on booking.com and it had reverted to dates that I hadn’t input (would have been back in the uk for the dates it had chosen). However, as I had put the dates I wanted in I assumed these were the dates chosen when I pressed go on the room that showed as being available. It had been a long driving day, 9 hours, and admittedly booked last minute (on the journey south) but turned up to find no booking! The booking system had clearly moved dates to next available and I hadn’t realised. To be fair the gentleman on reception did what he could and managed to get us a room on the ground floor with a view to the car park and in a smoking part of the hotel-not ideal when your daughter has asthma/allergies. We could smell it was too. To top it off we were charged more and had the noise of drilling as there was a building site opposite. Grateful to have a bed but as a result didn’t explore the facilities, not a great room and paid a significant sum. However to top it off despite the hotel doing its best they charged us for the date we actually stayed and booking.com refused to cancel the date that was on their system and a date where we would have been home, back off our holiday! Not helpful and has made me explore other sites more frequently.
