The staff at kitchen and check in are so personable and helpful but whoever is responsible for overseeing room cleaning

The staff were brilliant, pleasant helpful and just the best people.

Some of the furniture ie settee in the room had stains on it, the lampshade.. hair on the bathroom floor and water stains on mirror not sure if from last user or that’s how they clean, curtains starting to grey from dust like … but sheets were clean
