Doesnt offer much other than location
Location
Rooms are cold. No heating. Hotel provides electric heater but its not sufficiant, also heaters make some noise when turned on. If you are light sleeper and dont like noise, definitely not for you. I booked room with double bed, and arrived to hotel same day i booked. It appears my booking had a special condition that double bed or 2 beds rooms were subject to availabilty. Which i selected doubled bed but didnt give much attention to special condition. But suprised that when reception mentioned that double bed rooms were fully booked but let it seem available on the booking site. Not a nice way of selling rooms which are not available, and last minute cancel excuse doesn't seem legit either. I had to stay since i booked. Wasnt happy at all.

Comfortable and good quality hotel
Fantastic location next to station. Wonderful views from our room over the city. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Good facilities in the hotel.
Shower took a long time to warm up for the first couple of days. Room was quite cold, we mentioned this at reception and a heater was brought up straight away - apparently the heating isn’t turned on until near the end of October. Breakfast was good, only thing I would suggest is some sort of plant based milk at breakfast which is normally standard in hotels now, but didn’t seem to be on offer. Room didn’t have a fridge.

Holiday Inn, Liverpool Lime Street, Liverpool
We liked the way the whole staff looked after us..A warm welcome by all. Travis was excellent in the dining room and bar, a very friendly young man. Reception brought us a heater when we told them we were a bit cool in our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was lovely, dinner and breakfast. The location was brilliant, so near to the station and walking distance to the theatre, shops and museums. We felt well looked after and we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much.
We were a bit cool in our room but when we asked the receptionist, we soon had a heater put in our room. Our advice is if there is anything you aren't happy with just mention it.
