    I needed somewhere to stay and this was adequate

    The location was great

    The furniture was old and disheveled. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced

    I will never stay there or possibly any other Holiday Inn again.

    Location, nothing else.

    Room was leaking water onto the bed, when we asked to move rooms we were told they were sold out. When I told them it was totally unacceptable we were given a room without air conditioning that was very hot. We paid $340 for one night due to a concert in the area. We were given 20% off which again was totally unacceptable.
