    I like the breakfast.

    The receptionist wasn't polite and not very helpful. The pillows were too hard. One bath towel and one hand towel for both my sister and l.

    Great

    I had a lovely stay. The room was clean, and the English breakfast was good. A special thank you to the kind and accommodating reception staff working on 17/10, particularly the lady with dreadlocks and the other lady with darker skin early 20s. They were incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in early and move rooms after a little accident. I really appreciated their kindness, understanding and support. Thank you both for making my stay that much better!
