    Staff were friendly and attentive

BAthroom floor was not that clean, Also the radiator in the bathroom wasn't working as the plug had been cut off so this was disappointing as it was chilly in there. Also, I left a pair of trousers in the Wardrobe, I am 100% sure I left them behind but they have not been located!!! I phoned the next day and was told this but I have also put in a request on line and still have not heard back after 5 days!! I am not hopeful so this has left a poor impression

Great rooms, Great Breakfast. Free parking. Great Staff.

Proximity to where we were. Free parking. Reasonably priced to have full English Breakfast included.

The fan was quite loud at times
