חוויה לא נעימה במלון -An Unpleasant Experience at the Hotel
I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at the Hotel due to the room we were assigned and the way our concerns were handled. We were initially assigned a family room that did not meet my request. After some discussion, we were moved to another family room featuring a spiral staircase. However, this room also did not match the photos provided, and the staircase was difficult and potentially dangerous to navigate. As a result, I had no choice but to book an additional room for an extended period, incurring an extra expense that could have been avoided had the appropriate room been provided in the first place. I contacted the hotel to raise my concerns but received no response. On the day of checkout, I asked the service manager to inspect the room we had been assigned, compare it with the photos advertised, and personally try navigating the staircase to understand the difficulty and safety concerns involved. Despite all this, I received neither an apology nor a refund or compensation for the additional room I was forced to book. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard of service I expected from a hotel of this caliber. The lack of response, accountability, and willingness to resolve the issue only made matters worse. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of the hotel, and I have no intention of returning. I hope the hotel takes this complaint seriously and considers appropriate compensation for the additional expense and inconvenience caused. Kind regards,
