    Staff were lovely & helpful. we had a plumbing issue on the first day they moved us with no questions. The buffet breakfast wasn't great, but the staff was very helpful. Pancakes were lovely, but they only made them on the first day after that could order at extra cost. The last day ordered an omelette on the extra menu, but staff allowed me this with no extra cost after they checked with management, which was good. Shuttle bus brings you near Broadway one day driver finished early at 9pm usually bus runs til 11.45pm he worked 10hrs that day but hotel didn't tell anyone so we waited for ages before getting taxi. I mentioned to reception male staff explained the situation but wasn't too bothered & said it was complimentary. Which is fine, but they have a board on reception with shuttle times they could have put time on this so guests know. Overall lovely stay but too far from main strip in my opinion next time would stay closer to Broadway.

    Busy weekend, perfect location!

    The hotel is basically on Vanderbilt's campus. I was visiting due to the JSU v. TSU game and the hotel is literally across the street from the stadium. I also enjoyed exploring surrounding attractions and universities. I learned so much about Nashville on this trip! Wish I was able to take a dip in the pool - room service was great and quick! Loved the view from my room as well!

    You can tell hotel was older but has been remodeled. Elevators were pretty slow but it was a busy weekend.

    The Lobby of your hotel is over crowed with clothes. We had to wait on line for too long either to check in or check out as you only have one person behind the counter. Those 21 girls where fanstastic but overwhelmed with the customers requests. We found your parking space insecure, 2 of the cars by our had smashed windows.
