    Not good

Staff are friendly, location is accessible to everything I need, but not comfortable to sleep day and night ambulance passing with loud siren.

Too noisy even I’m at 36th floor, can’t sleep at night. Almost everyone hour overnight there was an ambulance passing-by. The hotel wall needs to be sound proof.

Great location and an amazing view of the Empire State

Friendly helpful staff, wonderful views to the Empire State. Good location, the rooms were adequate

Paper cups in the room are very poor when paying $500 a night. I appreciate it would require additional cleaning time but would be appreciated.
