    More training needed.

    The location and parking spaces

    The receptionist named Kasia needs to be trained more on how to attend to customers and not to be sarcastic when dealing with customers. She should also acknowledge when she's been corrected as she believes that she is right always.

    Comfy bed. Air con in room. Excellent tv

    Room in need of refurbishment, chrome worn off grab rails in bathroom, shower past retirement age, laminate in main room chipped in lots of places. Room needs phone charging points

    Convenient location if you’re staying for the conference in the ICC, otherwise not recommended for leisure time

    Near to the conference centre

    Run down hotel. Need for renovation. Room was very basic. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and annoying
