It was better than expected based on many of the reviews that I had seen for this facility.

Location for walking to the falls was excellent! One of the few hotels that offered free daily parking! These were the primary reasons that I chose this hotel. They also offered a free Skylon Tower viewing level pass. This was a great unexpected add on! We did use the free passes.

There was no free continental breakfast. Offering a very basic free breakfast would really make this hotel stand out compared to the competition.

    Good price and excellent location

The location is amazing! Close to the falls and many good restaurants and bars. Good price.

Smoke smell and not so clean as expected.
