    Hotel limpio, personal amable

    Eran las 8 de la mañana de un Domingo y ya no tenían desayuno, el cual está incluido dentro del precio del hotel, ni café suficiente había siquiera media tasa de un tipo de café y la otra media tasa de otro tipo distinto

    Terrible stay

    Terrible experience. We changed our reservation to a day earlier for one night and Moya confirmed we err good to go. When we showed up she was high as a kite, red eyes and the front desk reaked. We had no reservation for that night, only the original night. They found us a room. She up charged us from $180 to $240. When we wanted sheets for the pull out she told us we had to come down and get them, no one would bring them up. We talked to the manager Jason who came up and gave us sheets. When they found that the tv didn’t work he said he’s give us the original rate of $180. Our bill online says $200 after tax but our credit card was charged $356 and no one will answer the phone today. It’s been ringing for 15 min now. Don’t waste your time staying here.
