Only the location was the best but there was no proper cleanliness.
The location was very nice and convenient. One hotel staff member was very kind and even provided I-phone charger when we asked for it.
The toilet was not very clean and there was smell of urine when we checked-in. Upon raising it with the staff, they just used fragrance to neutralize the odor but no proper cleaning was done. On checking-in, the lady at reception mentioned about the best view from our room that was on 3rd floor. However, we were disappointed to see our room window was 80% covered with Holiday Inn logo that is at hotel entrance.

This was an amazing and relaxing vacation.
The staff was very friendly. The location was close to all of the attractions. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. The restaurant on the property was a bonus with very good food. The vibe in the City was very relaxing and people were friendly.
