Great location but snafu making room change and the room noise didn’t allow to sleep peacefully.
Location. Night front desk woman. Breakfast hostess.
I called the morning of check-in to add 1 adult (my sister in law) to guest list (total of 3 people) and asked for room change from King bed only to room with 2 Queen beds. Gentlemen on phone everything was changed but when I checked in at 8:30 pm that night the Front Desk didn’t know anything about room change. Thankfully she found a Handicap Room available with 2 Queen beds. Room’s air conditioning was extremely loud, put out cool air but barely. Room never got quiet or cool enough to sleep. Breakfast price I’d $15 per person seemed high but the food was good so maybe that’s fine. Staff was excellent minus the guy I spoke to on the phone to make room change request. He was nice and pleasant but obviously didn’t do his job.

Enjoyable but more pricier than I would have liked to pay for the inconveniences and accommodations.
The staff and the pool were great!! 5 stars!
Our card key had to be demagnetized several times (both cards) throughout our stay. A one point it didn't work and we had to walk around the building to get into the hotel again. We were also placed right next to several rooms that were open and being painted, even though the hotel seemed basically empty. I expected a complimentary breakfast and had to pay for 2 adults. Breakfast is usually included on other trips to Holiday Inn's.
