Comfortable room, bathroom and bed. Certain staff excelled, e.g., in handling a major breakfast peak, and in offering courtesy use of reception telephone for a national call.

Alarm clock had not been properly set/reset, which gave an unpleasant early morning surprise. Television system and remote control complicated and not working well. High tariff for early arrival. Crowded breakfast peak due to major group(s).
