    Clean and in a good position

    Staff could be more helpful and friendly and the complimentary drinks station could have at least a decaf coffee choice

    spent a lot for this location was not happy. specially being a Hilton member and received nothing.

    bedding was comfy and room was clean.

    I email the hotel ask for early check in. they accepted my request for early check in.. when I reach the location they could not let me check in as what I requested. they put us up on high floor that I had to carry my luggage cause elevator only went to 5 floor so, we had to carry luggage and bags up stairs... was not aware of this as they just explain if want to have room next to stair case. which I thought close to entry and exit. not carry luggage with a bad back up stairs. tv had no cable channel to watch. room with atmosphere not a roof top for the price I paid and being a member of the Hilton reward program. rate this 3 only
