    .

The location and the check in was quick and easy.

The massive stain on the carpet in the room. The fact that I booked a room with a walk in shower but we didnt get it and it wasn't in our booking receipt etc. So I was unable to use the shower as I couldn't climb over the edge of the bath. Due to our limited time for when we had planned i didnt contact reception to complain.
