Excellent staff, lovely breakfast and when I stayed over 4 nights very quiet!

No lift but a member of staff brought our large suitcase upstairs and it's just one floor.

Room was very cold, the TV only had 2 channels and the kettle didn't work. The kettle had water in in it from the previous guest who must have also failed to boil it, which means the cleaner wasn't very thorough, and I am not entirely sure I had fresh bed linen or not...

Great hotel with friendly efficient staff

Location was perfect for a wedding we attended at The Old Mill, Aldermaston. Staff were friendly and efficient - in particular was Lisa.

Good selection at breakfast, but the coffee could be better.
