    The hotel was clean and well-located, but the high price, cockroaches in the room, and unexpected payment issues made ou

    The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

    Writing The price was very high, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. After checking out, we received multiple phone calls and text messages about an outstanding balance, which was confusing and frustrating because we had already provided our credit card for the deposit. I don't understand why this issue wasn't handled properly during our stay or at checkout. Most importantly, we found cockroaches in our room, which was completely unacceptable, especially considering the high price of the hotel. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the amount we paid.
