The customer service and cleanliness of the property were on point. And in my particular case the EV charging station (Enviorspark). In overall I had a great time.

Beds were comfortable. Room had a musty smell. I called the front desk and asked if we could change rooms. Front desk said they would call me back and never did.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Kissimmee location. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and pizza place for dinner. Room was clean and I slept great. They had a nice bar and pool area. We don't have kids, but if i was a kid I would want to play in their kid area, it looked like a lot of fun. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back.
