    Friendly service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere made for an awesome overall experience.

    I really enjoyed the convenient location in downtown Sacramento, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire check-in and check-out process was quick, smooth, and efficient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

    Overall, I had a great experience and don't have any major suggestions for improvement. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and everything went smoothly. Maintaining that same level of service and efficiency would make my next stay just as enjoyable!

    Good hotel, great location, overpriced, breakfast, and rooms

    Very good location, comfortable room and bed. Clean.

    Extra charges for early check-in, expensive room, anyway, very expensive breakfast. Value did not equal the cost of the hotel overall.
