    The receptionist at the front desk, her name is Liz, was one of the nicest people I've ever met, her smile, her humor, and her down to earth personality, made our trip to Salem the most memorable and cherished.

    I was a little taken back on customers having to pay for a continental breakfast, and parking. We stayed at several hotels on the East coast, and this was the only one that had these extra charges. It wasn't horrible, just a little weird....
