Stay was nice but substantial additional costs

Breakfast and location were pretty good. Friendly staff

$48 to park and a mysterious $50 charge from them appeared on our credit card a couple days later

Our stay was good enough, but could have been better with hot breakfast, less noi and better parking

Breakfast was a let down, we thought complimentary breakfast would be hot breakfast. Seems like breakfast was more for children with cereals and sweets. Would have enjoyed actual food options like eggs, sausage or bacon and other hot food choices.

The parking situation is absolutely wretched! High rise hotels should have a parking garage or atleast a parking lot that is free for customers. I also think the area is awful and should have armed security guards. Also the noise coming from the USPS lot is awful, we were jarred awake at 4am with big trucks back up beeps and other loud noises. We were 5 stories up and still heard every little noise coming from that lot and the convenience store lot next to it. Booking was easy online thru Booking.com yet we were charged twice for our stay. Once thru booking.com then again when we checked in. Although, I believe it has been corrected since then!

Disappointed in value for pricing and location.

Room size was adequate; however, expected to be more upscale for the price and location.

We expected it to be more upscale for the price and location, and to be honest, it could be much cleaner; for example, when you walk up to the front desk, the door behind staff that swing open and close is filthy. It does not match the rest of the area, and I wondered what kind of management this place under is; who would be responsible for presentation, and allow that door to be so dirty?

I know things happen beyond control, but the issues were offset by the cleanliness.

The location was close to the River Road and River Front shopping. The room was nice.

One elevator was out of order. The one that worked creaked and there was an odor in the halls. There were no bananas for breakfast.
