Great for families
Super clean room and updated facilities. Our kids loved the free indoor playground (such a necessity for us) and the breakfast was amazing! Definitely would stay again

Great stay, excellent service and perfect location!
We stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night as a stopover before taking a train from Shanghai Railway Station the next morning. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with the railway station just a short walk away. We had a very pleasant stay in a spacious, comfortable and beautiful room, thanks to a complimentary upgrade. A special thank you to Rachel Wang (王舒婷) at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Her excellent service made us feel very welcome and made our short stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, especially for travelers using Shanghai Railway Station. We would happily stay here again!

Comfortable stay in a great location
It was in a great location - not too far from metro and only 5 minute walk to Shanghai train station. The gym facilities were very good too.
We got a bit lost finding our way there from the metro on the first day and we did hear some noise from neighbours on the Saturday night but other than that, we were happy with our stay.
