    Excellent pre cruise stay, quieter and much cheaper than Southampton

    Very easy to find, much cheaper than in Southampton but the hotel was just as nice . Easy parking and a brew pub with great food and music 10 mins walk down the road -an excellent pre cruise stay. Will definitely use again

    Reception not the best!

    The room was big and comfy.

    A particular member of staff who had checked me and my dad in on 17/10/26 around 7:30pm. Forgive me as I cannot remember her name. However she wasn’t friendly or nice. Very cross look on her face. We paid with Cash and even though I had rang up in the morning to confirm we could. She still made it feel like an issue which made us extremely uncomfortable. We booked 2 rooms which we paid quite a bit of money for to have a receptionist look down on your is quite upsetting. I don’t think I would like to stay here again if I’m honest. She also may i add, she didn’t take our monies correctly as when we went to check out in the morning. The lovely lady and gentleman on reception has NO IDEA that we even paid!! We was made to wait whilst they had to ring their colleague to find out where our monies we paid was! Not acceptable to me, it was very embarrassing. Needless to say I won’t be coming back unfortunately.
