    Well appointed rooms. King suite had everything you could need.

    Thin walls, could hear neighbors talking and their TV. Air conditioner was loud

    Great stay for flight out in the morning

    Location next to airport, but still quiet. Comfortable, clean, lots of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to airport.

    Flexible floors led to broken tile in bathroom.

    Location was convenient

    Pricy, carpet on the floor, smelly, and the windows didn't seal properly allowing all the street noises to bother us

    Not pleasant, dirty and I severely overpaid.

    The location and the beds were semi-comfortable.

    The room was disgusting. I took pictures of the hair (beard or pubic hair) all over the bathroom floor. The bathtub was awful. Rusted and dirty. Huge stains on the carpet. I didn't want to walk barefoot or let my kids walk without socks or shoes. Someone on our floor was smoking and I reported several times to the front desk and nothing was done. My hair and clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. Overall, I was so disappointed. We paid so much money, because of balloon fiesta and I feel incredibly ripped off.
