  Ended up with no room despite making a reservation in advance.

  Nothing

  I booked my hotel well in advance, expecting everything to be taken care of when I arrived. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I got there, I was told they were short-staffed on housekeeping and did not have any clean rooms available. Instead of providing a solution at the original location, they sent us to another hotel about 20 minutes away, assuring us that they had rooms available. After making the drive, we arrived only to find out that they were also fully booked. At this point, we were left without a room despite having made a reservation in advance. I tried calling the original hotel back for assistance, but I could not get through to anyone. The entire experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but guests who book in advance should not have to deal with this level of disorganization or be sent on a 20-minute drive to a hotel that cannot accommodate them either. The lack of communication and customer service made an already stressful situation even worse. I would strongly encourage management to improve their room availability procedures and communication with guests.

  There are other hotels in the area which I will choose from next time. Not worth what I paid

  The staff tried but the communication was terrible. They are very short staffed

  Our room had an odor but couldn't switch since they did not have clean rooms due to lack of staff to clean. Which also meant that towels and trash were not refreshed. Hard to get towels even delivered to the room as they ran out. Lack of organization and communication. Breakfast was subpar and not worth a $14.99 price tag.

  I was upset that I explained to the front desk lady that I was to pay at the property for my stay that I booked through

  Liked the location and layout, however management failed to provide the room as expected.

  The property was easy to access and parking was good.

  Check in time was at 3pm and upon arriving at 5:15pm the room was not available. We left for dinner and returned at 8:00pm to find that our room was still not available. We accepted a different room type and were sent to a room that had not been cleaned yet.. Upon checking with the front desk we were provided a new room that was clean and checked in around 8:30pm.
