    部屋のタオルがかなり古く、相当使い込まれている印象を受けました。 1階入り口付近があまり清潔に整備されていないように感じました。 夜間（特に23時〜24時頃）、他の宿泊者と思われる叫び声が大きく、騒がしくて眠れませんでした。 チェックアウトの際、担当者の計算ミスにより一泊分の宿泊料金が含まれておらず、当初の請求額より1,000元以上の差額が生じました。

    Exceptional stay

    The hotel is in a great location, there is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. We didn’t actually physically stay inside the Holiday Inn hotel. We got a free upgrade so we actually stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel which is actually attached to the Holiday Inn. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely city view. The hotel is very new and modern in terms of renovations, and our room was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff are also very lovely and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel every time I’m in Qingdao.
