    Great staff, wonderful room, excellent facilities, shame about the kitchen team.

    Suite was spacious and comfortable. More than enough room for a family of 4.

    Dining experiences were poor, even with very few people (under 10) in the restaurant/bar, we waited for over an hour for or order to arrive. Dishes received were not as ordered and the service during the wait was not as I would have expected for an IHG Hotel. This happened twice on consecutive days, once at late lunch and again the next evening. Same number of people at the restaurant.

    Not great but good enough to stay.

    Staffs were good and able to deal with problem i'd met. Breakfast was mediocre but had enough variety (thai, western, some miso soup w/ seaweeds) Clean room and nice bathroom. The water pressure was really good even i stayed on 24th floor.

    Air condition in my 1st room were really bad but they managed to move me to another room which had same bad A/C. But A/C was good in the morning e.g. 8-10 am. Please fix the a/c problem, it s quite important issue for Thai people.
