    Lovely comfortable bed and pillows

    Room had exceptionally strong smell of bleach, made us cough. The shuttle took over an hour to collect us from the airport

    Would not recommend! Find a hotel that values your sleep and comfort!

    We booked the room because it was near the airport

    The parking spaced are very very tight, like every spot is a compact car sized spot. The room had a terrible moldy musky smell, despite being on the 9th floor. We recently stayed in a property that was flooded in recent hurricanes and there was zero trace of must or mold in the rooms. There were multiple parties going all night. We called the front desk starting around 1 am complaining of a large party slamming doors and shouting down the halls. We called again around 2 am and we were told security was coming up. We eventually left the hotel around 3:30 am as we were not getting any rest at the hotel and proceeded to the airport. The party was still slamming doors and shouting down the halls at 3:30 am when we left.

    The bed and the pillows were comfortable

    The location. It was difficult to navigate the roads to the front lobby. My room had a smell when I arrived. The attached restaurant hours were not convenient. Even though I'm a IHG member, because I booked third party I wasn't allowed even a bottle of water for my stay. The staff was not very cordial. Not a good value for my money.
