    Horrific. Unless you want to be paying for a chiropractor as the beds are horrendous - DO NOT STAY.

    Nothing! The only good thing about this hotel was me leaving it. Atrocious.

    The lady who greeted me had as much warmth and kindness as a chocolate tea pot. She didnt even greet with a good evening or a hello, just what is your name, not even a please. The bed was so uncomfortable a week later i am still struggling and have got to see a chiropractor to try and sort it out. The worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel and I travel alot for work. As for the breakfast, the ladies who greeted were very friendly, however, they were more interested in chatting between themselves to even offer anybody a refill. It seemed you were only allowed one cup of coffee or tea, to the stage i watched people go up and help themselves and the women / staff just looked at them and continued chatting amongst themselves. The location is not greatly signposted. You quite literally have to drive to the racecourse and then go through the gates. It does not state anything like that on the website when booking. Overall the only good thing about this hotel was when I left.

    Bad hotel I would not recommend.

    Nothing

    The sofa bed for my children wernt made up and it was after midnight when checked in & they were tired so had to wait for the security guard to make up the bed which took a while. Not happy at all.
