  De tudo no geral! No dia da chegada numa quarta feira logo ao abrir a porta da entrada estava um cheiro horrível a mijo!uma poça enorme no chão!a qual só foi limpa no sábado!😞

  É excelente para família, com todas as condições. Dá para fazer refeições.

  As escadas de acesso para o apartamento têm um cheiro intenso a urina. Muito desagradável. Ficámos assustados, mas no apartamento estava tudo bem. Relativamente ao recibo, tem sido uma tarefa difícil e que ao dia de hoje ainda não está concluído. Estão a passar um valor abaixo do que foi pago.

  The stay was adequate but far from ideal. Communication from the host could be improved.

  It was a clean and large space and the photos of the apartment were accurate as to the decor.

  So many disappointing things about our stay. Let me just list a few. 1) The freezer was cold but the refrigerator did not work for the first few days. We were told to unplug it for 24 hours to let it defrost. We did that the first night but it still did not work the next day. We were then told to defrost it again but to have all the doors fully opened. We didnt want our groceries to spoil so after asking, they brought us a cooler on Day 3 and after a full defrost, the fridge worked. If they know this to be an issue, why don't they defrost the fridge before guests show up? 2) The property description said there was a single room AC for guest accommodations but when we arrived we were told there was none and has never been AC. They promised us fans for the room but it took 48 hours before they delivered the first and only fan. 3) The apartment itself is clean but the building is not. The retail storefronts below were empty and looked abandoned. The hall and stairs leading up to this 3 rd floor apartment was moldy and smelled of urine. The bathroom in the apartment also had mold on the ceiling as well as empty body wash containers that they had to refill on Day 3 for us. 4) Booking.com and the host asked repeatedly when we would show up. We said between the hours of 4 to 5pm. But when we arrived, there was no one waiting for us. There were no instructions at all. I finally emailed the host and someone showed up about 15 minutes later to let us in. If they insist on being contacted or emailed upon arrival, why not jsut mention that in the check in directions? 5). While the Azores is not hot, it is humid so at night we had the rolling metal shutters up. IN addition to allowing in moths and other bugs, it also let's in all the noise from passerbys that use the courtyard as a shortcut. 6). Lastly the wifi in the apartment is weak. It works only in the livingroom, the kitchen and the front bathroom. It doesn't extend to any of the...

  Jó volt a szobák száma. Elég nagyok voltak a belső terek. Nem volt messze a tenger és a bevásárlás is könnyen megoldható volt. Szerencsére a közelben voltak éttermek.

  Nem volt légkondicionálás, ami csökkenthette volna a páratartalmat. A hűtő maximum fokozaton sem hűtött eléggé. Sajnos az ablakokon nem volt szúnyogháló és így a szúnyogcsípések problémát jelentettek az alvásnál.

  A simpatia de quem nos recebeu e a disponibilidade apresentada! A cozinha bem equipada, limpeza impecável. A localização apresenta facilidade para adeslocação na ilha e tem habitualmente estacionamento perto.

  Infelizmente tivemos um problema com o frigorífico que não se encontrava a funcionar, não sendo possível uma solução ideal, lá nos fomos desenrascando. Consideramos também as camas desconfortáveis....
