  No geral foi tudo muito agradável e correspondeu ao anuncio. A localização é na agradável localidade de Santa Cruz, muito próxima do aeroporto, a zona em si é calma, tem garagem e todas as facilidades como cozinha equipada e máquina de lavar e uma pequena varanda.

  Recomendaria apenas colocar cortinas blackout no quarto e melhorar o colchão, de resto tudo ótimo.

  A localização facilita muito quanto ao aluguer de carro e tem praias e paisagens prestigiadas nas redondezas.

  Uma das casas de banho tenho uma infiltração na zona do chuveiro. De resto nada a apontar. A louça não estava bem limpa.

  A lot of potential that's wasted

  Good location - connections to Funchal and other points of interest. Many organized tours have pickup there. Pleasant beach, many small restaurants. The apartment is spacious and relatively comfortable. The town is small and quiet for whoever likes that. But if you want to have some more things to do in the evening or you want to get a good variety of groceries, you'd have to go to the nearby cities or Funchal.

  2 weeks there almost without sleep - extremely noisy neighbors from all sides, dragging furniture, slamming doors, walking with heels on wooden floor, talking loud or shouting almost every night. It was reported but the host could not help unfortunately. The facilities are extremely basic - not even hand soap is provided, let alone shower gel or shampoo. Toilet paper is provided in very small insufficient quantity so do prepare yourself for buying soap and paper...The beds make a lot of noise when you're simply trying to turn to another position. The jacuzzi tub was grimy and some of the jets for water looked broken - didn't even venture trying if it worked. There are no decent frying pans. The induction plates don't maintain steady temperature, they switch on and off. There is no vacuum cleaner and the robot which is in the apartment doesn't work properly so there was no decent way to clean the apartment. Guests who are staying a long period of time have to clean by themselves (somehow...) as no cleaning is provided either. It's a shame that such a good apartment is not managed in a way to provide at least some comfort to the guests. Maybe for a short stay those unpleasant details won't matter as much.
