  En líneas generales está perfectamente ubicado en el centro neurálgico.

  Tenía todo tipo de accesorios como en una casa doméstica para vivir.

  El baño muy pequeño. Y que tienes que dejar el coche en un parking público no muy cercano no gratuito.

  Apartment not suitable due to severe noise and poor handling, excellent location.

  The location is excellent. The apartment is very close to the old city center and within walking distance of several very good breakfast places, cafés, and restaurants. From a location perspective alone, it is ideal for exploring Málaga.

  Unfortunately, the stay was seriously affected by multiple issues. The main problem was extremely loud construction noise that continued throughout the day and made it impossible to stay in the apartment, rest, or work. The noise level was so severe that we were forced to leave the apartment for most of the day. The issue was reported, but no proactive action was taken to mitigate the impact during the stay. While the host stated that the construction was outside their control, this does not change the fact that the apartment was not suitable for occupation at the time it was rented. In addition, there were basic maintenance and quality issues. The shower had very poor water pressure, and there were problems with the shower setup that caused water to spill and flood the bathroom. Standard bathroom items were also missing. These are issues that should have been identified and resolved before renting out the apartment. The offered compensation was low and not reflective of the level of disruption and loss of usability experienced, and it required repeated follow-ups before being processed. Finally, be aware that keys must be collected from a central office, rather than at the apartment itself. This is quite inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage. Given the price level, it would be reasonable to expect either key delivery at the apartment or a key-lock system at or near the entrance, as many other accommodations provide.
