    Prevara...

    Baštica u dvorištu.

    Nažalost moram dati nisku ocenu zbog menadžmenta smeštaja koji je neorganizovan, konfuzan i ne rešava probleme. Kada smo došli u smeštaj tražen nam je depozit od 100e koji smo uredno platili. Požalili smo se na rad interneta u smeštaju koji uopšte nije bio u funkciji. Problem nije rešen, a obećano nam je da agencija refundira 20% novca od ukupne sume. Kada smo izašli iz smeštaja morali smo zvati ljude iz menadzmenta više dana za redom kako bi nam vratili depozit. Nije nam refundirano 20% od ukupne sume, oni su to prebacili na booking, koji je samo prokomentarisao da nema odgovor od vlasnika na tu temu i tu se završilo. Poenta je da je ta agencija jedna velika prevara, a meni je žao vlasnika smeštaja koji se potrudio da sve izgleda lepo, a oni se tako ophode prema mušterijama.

    Wir haben bewusst diese Wohnung gewählt, da wir nicht mitten in der Stadt, sondern eher etwas ruhiger gelegen, unsere Zeit in Taormina verbringen wollten(man braucht definitiv ein Auto!). Die Wohnung war geräumig, das Bett bequem und die eigene, Private Terrasse war super. Graziella kam zwischendurch mal vorbei die Hühner füttern und hat dann mit uns gesprochen und uns auch ein paar Tips gegeben, wo man gut Essen gehen kann etc.. Eine sehr liebe Person:) Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war auch super geregelt, falls mal Fragen da waren, wurden diese auch zügig beantwortet:) Wir würden diese Wohnung nochmals mieten, da alles soweit für uns gepasst hat:)

    Man könnte das Ein oder andere mal erneuern;) Aber das war's dann auch. Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung.

    Przepiekna lokalizacja widok z tarasu oszałamiający ogród jak marzenie biegaly dwa pieski i żółwik spacerował . Ale trzeba miec samochód . Pani Gracjella bardzo mila i pomocna. Polecam willę ! dziekuje
