    Very disappointing and feeling let down!

    The neighbours children were lovely and welcoming! The host fixed an issue with a lack of cutlery for our party.

    1. Beds - mattresses and pillows dreadful. Blood on pillows. Very uncomfortable! 2. Bins - overflowing on our arrival outside despite bin day being only 48 hours before. Flies +++ 3. Floors dirty inside house and pile of rubbish left on top of stairs. 4. Booked for 10 people - 3 forks only! Not at all equipped for the number of people it can sleep. 5. Oven - no markings to show how to use it! Had to google it. Took 30 mins on max temp to cook one pizza - not fit for purpose! 6. Kitchen very poorly equipped - basics missing. Cutlery, potato peeler. No use for self catering. 7. Showers - mouldy, dirty and low water pressure. 8. 10 people staying but finding area sits 3. 9. Bedrooms as basic as can be. 10. Overall condition of property poor and dirty. Photos on advert are a misrepresentation of the real thing! 11. Lock to bathroom fell apart and left my daughter locked on the bathroom! Needs repairing. 12. Had to wear footwear to shower and back to room as floors dirty. I would not recommend this property to anyone and feel we have been robbed of nearly £500. I would not have booked if the photos were accurate! I have plenty more photos if the host would like to see them!

    Comfy, handy Derby house

    Clean, handy and very comfy for a 5 night stay. Good communication with host.

    Beds were ok but springs coming through both of the ones we used. Sofa and chair in sitting room not that comfy and the stairs up to the bedrooms abd bathrooms are very, very steep.
