    Beautiful cottage and lovely thoughtful host

    Quirky and charming property with everything you could possibly need supplied. Absolutely spotlessly clean with quality fixtures and fittings

    Not a lot to do in the immediate area, for example walks from the house. You definitely need a car. No complaints about the property

    Fantastic cosy cottage.

    Fantastic little cottage within close proximity to the Yorkshire coast. I must admit the quirky little ornaments and decor is not to my taste but the wife loved it. Place was really comfortable and warming. As per previous reviews, Zoe made the place welcome with cakes, eggs and a pint of milk. Quiet little village with a lovely duck pond at end of road and a traditional pub. If looking for a pub that does food. Great place up the road in Flixton about 10 mins drive away. We had such a lovely time exploring Bridlington and Scarborough and even found a little zoo. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return.

    We had a great stay in a quiet, accessible and charming house in a rural village.

    Beautifully presented traditional house with a treasure trove of period items. The village was great with a duck pond, ancient church and traditional pub.

    Fabulous overnight stay

    Beautiful cottage with a vintage flourish, very comfy & clean. Generous welcome pack including own eggs. Rare to find somewhere taking single night bookings. Excellent communication with Zoe the owner
