    Room is quite clean, and good facilities. Can see the lake from the upper layer, walking 9 mins to the lake. Spa is very nice. Beds are comfortable.

    Warm scenic view home

    Home was warm and well equipped with all things needed - appliances, linen etc. The spa pool was nice and hot for our arrival and the home was also really clean and comfortable

    A nightmare! Get away from this property!

    1. The property didn't send checkin instructions in advance and did not respond to our questions all the time. We waited there for checkin about 2 hours. It's really terrible for foreign travellers with kids. 2. The spa outside was really dirty and some sands inside. It smelled. So I asked the property to clean it and they promised to clean it the next day so we could use it after two days later because it needed much time to heat. The most terrible thing was that they didn't clean it at all but the property proclaimed that we used it when we checked in! We hate such lying behaviors. 3. The dryer didn't work during our stay we had to hang our clothes outside but the weather was windy and sometimes rainy so it was a nightmare for us because when we came back our clothes were everywhere on the floor or wet. 4. The hot water was definitely not enough for four people and the towels were not enough for us to stay four days because it's not possible to clean those used towels and hang it outside in the raining weather.
