It was perfect for us, we went for a short break while our sons provided respite care for our foster son. He is 12 with
The house was spotless, well furnished, comfortable and so quiet. There was everything we needed for our 2 night stay.
The mattress in the front bedroom was a little soft for us but that is personal choice and it’s the only thing I have to put in here!

Comfortable and clean
It was clean and comfortable and easy to get to the places we needed to get to.
Two lots of stairs, nothing to do with the house, just would never buy a house with that design. No hanging space/wardrobe in the larger of the two bedrooms.

Perfect Accomodation for Sunderland Area Stay
Absolutely beautiful property in a quiet location but close to local amenities and bus routes. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Pristinely clean. Great communication from owners. Easy access. The added extras like milk , welcome message and the Biscoff biscuits were a welcome treat when we arrived. We enjoyed the comfortable lounge. Great value for money. Can’t praise this place enough. We will definitely be back for a longer visit so that we can spend more time here. Great place if anyone working this way, fabulous office set up, would add more photos if review allowed
Nothing negative about this property it was perfect for our stay. One thing to note is that it is over 3 stories so would be more difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Entrance has toilet and utility, first floor is kitchen and living area ( great space ) top floor has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite , office and main bathroom. Couldn’t fault it .
