    いい旅行ができました。

    すごく綺麗で過ごしやすかった。 開放感があった。

    良くないことではないですが、 ※玄関にある衣類の乾燥のヒーターの使い方がわからなかった。 ※クーラーがあれば良かった。

Everything was good except for CHECK IN!!!

Getting into the property was a PROBLEM. We had asked for instructions but got NON a few days before our stay- we had to make contact on the day and were told that the house would be open when we got there - IT WAS NOT - we had to wait outside for 20mins with 2 small children and it was -3 degrees. NOT A GOOD START

    Superb

Great location and responsive staff. Had a small issue with the heaters breaking down as snow had covered the outside vents. Had people out within 2 hours to get them sorted.

Exit light at top of stairwell needs a switch to make the light a little less bright. I know by law it needs to be there but a bit annoying to sleep with.
