    Rating is misleading

    Rating is misleading Room definitely wasn't like the photos. Photos were when it was built many years ago, lack of maintenance and cleaning has taken its toll. When we arrived the room was as left by previous guest, full bins, unmade used beds and generally dirty. Needs a really thorough clean by actually moving some furniture, would not use the kitchen as everything is covered in dust and grime. We generally use booking.com's rating system as a guide and are normally very happy, not this time. We can't understand how this place has such a high rating. We travel lots and booking's rating g system is generally very good regardless of the price of the room

    Fab little apartment. Great location and very clean super comfortable beds. Highly recommend if your staying in hanoi for a few nights. Holly was very lovely and hanoi spa old quarter is definitely worth it the massage was amazing 👏 🤩
