Room not as displayed on photograph

The Deluxe Sea View room photograph did not resemble the room we were allocated. The room on booking.com displayed a Juliet balcony, but we had room number 10, which was a room with a small window. I booked this specific room to enjoy the beautiful views from the hotel. When I asked at reception, I was advised that the rooms with the Juliet windows are The Admiral rooms and there was none available. The receptionist also advised he had never had this complaint before. I found this very disappointing.
