Amazing location and great views. Brilliant for a large family or friends.
It has parking (although now I believe you pay extra for this), and the property is seriously BIG! As we arrived late it was dark so it was a lovely surprise to wake up to the BEST view of the Hollywood sign from our bedroom on the top floor!
It’s a little bit tired in places… stairs that need attention (held together with tape) and walls scuffed, but for the price it really didn’t affect our stay and we would 100% book here again with a large group. Also, I don’t yet have our security deposit back but they did say this could take 15 days… it’s day 12 now so we shall see.

Overall okay stay.
The underground parking was great and very secure, a lot of accommodations in LA didn't have parking so we found this very helpful. The kicthen was also well equipped and lovely to have access to a washing machine/ tumble drier.
The address we were given wasn't the same address that we received when we booked this accommodation, when we quiered this with them they stated as we aren't a hotel the location might be different. I understand they dont always give out a precise address until nearer the time to staying but this was nearly 1.5 miles difference. Since we had a rental car we could drive places but if we didn't, then the things we had planned wouldn't of been feasible at that distance. The bathroom has mould in it, we had to keep the door closed when we werent using it because of the smell, shower curtain had an odd marks on it also, needs replacing. Lucky we were on the third floor as the window didnt work properly and when we tried to lock it the fly net fell off.
