    Excellent location and design of the hotel

    Location is excellent, close to Baker street underground and many shops, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel has a very cozy feel, mysterious, detail oriented. It is quite busy all day, with business meetings and people around. I liked their signature cocktails too.

    Breakfast can get very busy and they were very obviously understaffed. The breakfast is ala cart, which can get a bit repetitive after a few days.

    Comfortable hotel with excellent staff and good restaurant in a convenient location

    The staff at this hotel were superb. Both the reception staff and the restaurant staff were exceptional. The restaurant food was very good. The room and bathroom were well designed and comfortable.

    The first room we were given was overlooking a busy road. It was noisy at night particularly because there was a loose manhole cover which made a noise every time a vehicle drove over it. The next morning we asked to change our room. This was no problem. We were given a room on the opposite side of the hotel on a much quieter street, which caused no noise issues. Breakfast was not a buffet. One was limited by what one could choose on the menu but the food was excellent quality.

    Loved the breakfast, lots of vegetarian options.
