  Unfortunately, the property felt unmaintained and lacked functional basics, so we'll be booking else

  We were able to do our washing and dry clothes in preparation for our continued jury. Comfortable lounge and seating are, nice kitchen. Overall communication and video walkthrough was of a good standard.

  First of all, it’s extremely difficult to find parking if you have hired a car, secondly, there was boxes and some rubbish around the bottom floor entrance prior to ascending to the first floor, made for an initial impression. When providing cooking utensils the owners need to know what works and doesn’t on their stove top, non of the frying pans worked with the cooker only two pots. Tea and coffee provided in large glass containers was questionable as the sugar had crystallised, we wouldn’t touch it. There was a water filtration container provided but, no date of filter replacement so, no idea if it was serviceable. Bed is extremely soft causing partners to roll to centre. Bathroom is poorly laid out, everything gets wet as there is no shower curtain and the screen is quite small. The bathroom mirror is barely hanging on to the wall which is probably the reason it has been previously broken, towel warmer was working on arrival but seemed to stop after the first day. The door handle on the master bedroom came off completely causing some stress in vacating the room. Wall thermostat is broken also so we could only rely on the plug in heaters. Unfortunately, if I we were to return for another holiday in Edinburgh, I feel we would look elsewhere for something that was more accessible.

  Beautiful apartment

  A beautiful apartment. Presented with extra personal touches. Close to facilities.

  The entrance stairwell in the building was not very well lit.

  Nah an einem Park und fußläufig zur Bushaltestelle- man hatte eine gute Anbindung sowohl ins Zentrum als auch ans Meer. Für einen Absacker ist ein Pub ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner.

  Das Bad - es gibt keine Abgrenzung und somit ist der komplette Boden eigentlich immer nass. Die Hocker an der Küchentheke sind zu hoch, somit ist das Essen dort unbequem. Die große Pfanne kann nicht benutzt werden. Die Funktion der Heizung müsste ordentlich erklärt werden. Das Bett ist relativ schmal. Es gibt zwar viel Deko aber zu wenig Stauraum - wir haben unsere Klamotten im Koffer gelassen, sehr unbequem, ein kleiner Schrank wäre hilfreich.Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder - der Preis für die Wohnung ist für die Ausstattung in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt.
