    Schrecklich - Sicherheitsbedenken

    Nichts.

An absolutely unacceptable stay, with no reliable access, serious security concerns, and completely unresponsive support

    Only location

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Throughout my entire stay, the building’s entrance code did not work, repeatedly leaving guests stranded outside. I personally had to wait almost two hours just to get inside. The support team was completely unresponsive, ignoring repeated attempts to contact them by phone and chat. Guests were forced to leave the entrance door open, creating serious security concerns. Even after checkout, the code still didn’t work, preventing me from accessing my stored luggage. A complete failure of basic hospitality, security, and customer service. Avoid this property.
