    Superb

    The receptionist very kind. Assist me for every questions/ problem that I have. They gave me mineral water even during my check out. They help me to bring my bags to my room. The location is very near to the east gate of ancient town. And only 20 mins to the airport. For Muslims, there are so many halal restaurants nearby.

    Very good

    The guesthouse is a Tibetan style hotel! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but they were a little cold! There was heating and electric mattress to keep us warm. The location is great, very close to the ancient city and they offered us a free pick up from the train station, which was really kind! They don’t offer breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but the streets are freezing in the morning, so it’s important to wear warm clothes! The hosts were very kind and helpful and we felt very welcomed there

    They offer disposable towels, which I don’t like very much

    Location

    Was there during winter but the heater is barely working. The room is too cold The bath tub is leaking and does not work The reception area constantly smells of cigarette
