    No cold hot running water, bully dishonest host, 100e deposit kept for no reason, hidden costs

    Stayed for 7 awful days in that place. - Didn't have cold AND hot running water for 3 days, no notice given, no excuses, no discount for the situation. Traveling with a young child and a baby it was really awful. I could wash myself only once in first 4 days. - Didn't have Internet for 2 days due to poorly given instructions for Wi-Fi connexion - Deposit of 100 euros was not returned. The host accusing our family of breaking a bed. We were two women and two really small kids I cannot grasp how we could have break a furniture. (photo shared by the manager of the "damage" attached - I don't even understand what is the problem). Nothing is clear about this supposed "breakage". Until today no documents were given about proving he supposed "damage" making impossible to use the insurance that exist for those exact situations. At this stage the accusation seems completely made up. - Very dark place, the window looks out onto the wall, with neighbour's windows - need to have blinds closed often. - Bathroom smells poor plumbing (toilet) owner trying to hide it with massive use of air freshener - No 'view' as promised in the description - just blind wall in the window (see photo) - No Netflix - Disrespectful communication by the host, e.g. "YOU HAVE RUNNING WATER" he shouted on me answering to my request about water, and other answers like that - Communicating in language we don't understand - 6 beds in one room - pictures cannot express the level of promiscuity it generates. - Nieche for one double bed is without windows and ventilation - it's getting suffocating by the end of the night This kind of situation is very regretful. It's my 4th stay in Poprad, until now I've never met such an awful attitude "give me you money and shut up".
