    Comfy & Great location! Nice local food spots

    Loved the location! Property situated down a nice alleyway that had multiple breakfast, coffee and dining spots. Super easy to get a grab bike. Close to all central locations via walking or bike. The room was basic but had a comfy bed, hot shower, mini fridge, desk and air con - worked well for us during our stay in HCMC! Staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this stay.

    Despite being in a windowless room, we were still woken up twice early in the morning by noise during our stay. Once from the loudspeakers outside that play announcements, and once from a guest/staff in the communal areas being loud - talking, dragging chairs on the floor, banging around in the kitchen Could do with better soundproofing or signs in the kitchen to be mindful of sleeping guests in the morning.
